IndCalculators is an independent, informational website. All content, guides, articles and calculators on this Site are provided for general information and educational purposes only. They are not tax, legal, accounting, investment or financial advice, and must not be relied upon as such. We are not a chartered accountancy firm, a tax-return preparer, or an authorised e-filing intermediary, and using this Site does not create any professional, advisory or client relationship between you and IndCalculators.

2. Our calculators are indicative tools, not a filing service

The tax, SIP, EMI and related calculators on this Site are self-help computational tools. They produce indicative estimates based only on the figures you enter and on the assumptions and tax rules built into them. They:

do not file, submit or lodge any income-tax return on your behalf;
do not connect to, or transmit anything to, the Income Tax Department or its e-filing portal;
do not constitute an assessment, ruling or confirmation of your actual tax liability; and
may not cover every provision, exemption, surcharge, cess, special rate or edge case that applies to you.

Calculations run entirely in your browser. We do not receive, store or process the figures or documents you enter into a calculator. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide and for the use you make of the outputs.

3. Accuracy, currency and errors

Indian tax law changes frequently through the Finance Act, notifications, circulars and case law. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and up to date for FY 2025-26 (AY 2026-27), we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any content or calculation is complete, current, accurate or error-free. Content may contain unintentional errors or become out of date.

Always verify every figure against your own Form 26AS, AIS/TIS and the official Income Tax e-filing portal at incometax.gov.in before you rely on it or file.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndCalculators and its operators shall not be liable for any loss, damage, penalty, interest, additional tax, or other consequence — whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this Site, its content or its calculators. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, products, services or practices of any third party.
